BIG CCM ANNOUNCEMENT: Earn Your "Climate Leadership & Innovation" Certificate!!

T-21 Hours: Our opening ceremony is ALMOST HERE (LINK), reminder that it's February 21st @ 9 PM EST = 1 AM GMT = 7:30 AM IST!! Who's ready?!

And we've got a big announcement... For the FIRST-TIME EVER, CCM participants can earn an optional "Climate Leadership & Innovation" Certificate, upon successful completion of four key elements:

Joining in Education: Actively attend at least 4 virtual workshops (AGENDA HERE)
Engaging in Community: Join at least 2 networking or mentorshop sessions
Committing to Action: Either submit a team project at CCM, or share ideas for how you'll commit to eco-action on a more individual basis (details in our requirements doc)
Taking Time to Reflect: Due next week for those that participate is a reflection, around how people feel about the climate crisis and where they see their place in addressing it.

Estimated time commitment is ~10-12 hours, with folks having until February 28 to complete relevant requirements (we can also discuss alternative participation options on a case-by-case basis if any of the four items above prove difficult). This structure is based on CCM's four pillars of education, community, action and reflection. Our request: Please message certificate@youthimpactchallenge.ca by EOD February 21st if this interests, as this will help us better track participation.
